This was a return visit. Can we say Consistency?! The location is perfect. Right in the middle of dining, movies and shopping. Once parked, entertainment is in walking distance without crossing any major roadways. I loved that my bed was facing the window and that the TV swivels and there was a bed tray for your food or to hold devices. The bathroom was well lit and spacious. I had a very comfortable stay for a business trip. The only thing I missed was a full length mirror to scrutinize my daily wardrobe choices. The staff was courteous and helpful- as usual. What can I say, I will always stay at this location when I'm in the area, i know I will get a great stay and service.

Dolly at breakfast was very kind to us and helped us out so much. She is the sweetest lady and helped make our experience so amazing. She was always helping clean up and serve our food and she was always right there if we needed something.

Arrived kind of late in the evening and Matt was at the check in. Matt was very knowledgeable about what was in the area where to eat, he let me know about what there was to do also. Lobby was clean and they had free water and coffee all night. The pool was clean and inviting. Work out on the exercise room also clean. There's a exercise bike, treadmill, stair climber and many different sizes of dumbbells. There is a laundry room for guests to use. Plenty of conference rooms for meetings and a private room for video conference. The room was clean and comfortable . In the morning there is free breakfast of waffle eggs pastries yogurt fruit , fruit juices milk coffee . Overall it was a great stay and I will definitely be back.

Abigail Stricklen helped me with a hotel block for my wedding not once but twice due to hurricane Milton. She was even kind enough to help us book our room and recommended the queen suite because it’s larger than the king. Myself and my bridal party got ready here before the wedding and the room was the perfect size for 7 of us plus two makeup people. I high recommend this hotel it was very clean and nice and I’m picky to please. We will be staying here again it’s in a nice spot!

The Serving lady Dolly downstairs was very nice and helpful at breakfast. We loved interacting with her and she always is so kind and sweet. She takes care of us when we go down for breakfast and she made our experience 10x better

It was very overpriced, pretty clean ASM Ms. Washington was super, as was a front desk clerk Ms.Zamantha went above and beyond! Check in clerk, not so friendly, it was like she was annoyed at doing her job. The cleaning people were super nice.

Myself, my 11 year old son, and our cat and dog stayed here for 5 nights due to evacuation for Hurricane Milton. They welcome all sizes of dogs, ours is very large. I gave the room 4 stars only because the fridge didn't keep things quite as cold as I'd like, and the TV didn't have any streaming abilities. Other than that, the room was great. The location is AMAZING! It's located in an adorable little town square with lots of options for food and to shop in easy walking distance. There is also a movie theater steps away. It was such a nice little area to walk our anxious dog who is not used to hotels. I highly recommend BD's Mongolian grill. There is also a delicious pizza place in the plaza. But like I said, they have lots of other options. The free breakfast bar was wonderful. I wish they had an option for cereal that was a little more kid friendly though, like fruit loops or trix. But they have a yummy waffle maker and hot options like scrambled eggs and sausage. They also have muffins, toast, bagels, etc. The lady who runs it is incredibly helpful. You can tell she really cares that everyone has a nice breakfast. And that brings us to the staff. I have never in my life encountered a group as wonderful as every single person working at this hotel. They were there for all of us displaced from our homes and fearful of having nothing to go back to. They were all so amazing, I wish I knew all of their names, but Ryan and Tiffany were fantastic! But I have to give an extra thank you to Sindy. She was so helpful, understanding, and sweet. We all really needed someone like her around during this very stressful time and it was almost like she never left to go home and rest! She was there with a smile asking how you were doing at all hours if you walked by the front desk. She is an absolute treasure! I highly recommend this hotel due to its staff alone, but everything else was great too!
